PRODUCT DESIGN
Teamwora
Teamwora is a hiring workspace for growing teams. It takes one candidate from first application to first day, with no spreadsheets and no lost emails. 9 screens, one story, and a calm sky-blue brand.
The challenge
Hiring at a growing company is spread across too many places. The job post lives in one tool, CVs in another, interview notes in a shared doc and the offer in an email thread. Recruiters spend their day chasing updates instead of talking to people.
Hiring managers feel it too. They can't see where a candidate is, panel feedback arrives late and in different formats, and an offer can sit waiting for approval for days. Good candidates don't wait. They take the other offer.
Our approach
One hire, start to finish. We designed the whole product around one real story: Leo Marten, a Senior Product Designer, from his application on 16 September to his first day on 2 November. Every screen shows the next step of the same hire, so the flow is easy to follow.
Today first, detail on demand. The dashboard answers one question: what needs me today? Offers ready to send, today's interviews and the hiring funnel sit at the top. Everything else is one click away.
Feedback you can compare. Every interviewer fills in the same simple scorecard. Teamwora shows the scores side by side and gives one clear panel verdict, so the team can decide in minutes, not days.
Fair offers, fast. The offer builder shows the salary band for the role and location. Every approval sits in one place, and a live letter preview shows exactly what the candidate will see. Leo's offer went out on Monday and he signed on Wednesday.
A calm, light brand. Hiring is stressful, so the product shouldn't be. We chose a soft, cool sky blue that is easy on the eyes all day, with one warm coral used only for things that need attention. The logo is two circles meeting, with a shared space in the middle. One sans font, Plus Jakarta Sans, runs through the brand and the product.
The outcome
The result is a complete hiring flow in 9 screens: dashboard, pipeline, candidate profile, interview scorecards, interviews calendar, offer builder, offer accepted, onboarding and the hiring report. Each screen is clear on its own, and together they tell one story.
Everything is built on a consistent, developer-ready design system. It has shared colour and type variables and reusable components: buttons, status pills, avatars, candidate cards, stat cards, scorecards and the side navigation. That makes the product easy to hand off and ready to grow into new features.
